Church Ministries

In addition to our regular weekly services, we have various other ministries within the church:

Ladies’ Fellowship (“Women of Worth”) – Ladies get together one Saturday a month for a light lunch and a time of fellowship together.

Men (Faith Builders) – Men get together one Saturday a month.

Teens (The ROCK – Reaching Out for Christ’s Kingdom) – Teens meet once a month.

Kid’s Club (ages 4 –12) – Kids meet on Wednesday nights 6:00-7:30.

Vacation Bible School – Each summer we hold a VBS program for children in our community.

Community Outreaches – This includes summer barbecues, which are free to the community along with special Sunday morning breakfasts.

Food Ministry – We receive bread and other food which is available to those in need in our community.

Missions – We help to support several local and foreign missionaries through our financial gifts and prayers.

In the past, we have held a voluntary program of religious education for Edgewood Elementary School students, held once per week from October through May.  This was not offered during the last few years, but we hope to resume it in the future.
